A Growing Family (Northern Virginia Family Photographer, Northern Virginia Photographer, Northern Virginia Baby Photographer, Northern Virginia Child Photographer, Winery at LaGrange)

A couple of years ago I photographed this family.  The pictures turned out great!
So, when their family grew just a little more, it was time for some more great pictures.
Just check out these pictures.

No Horsing Around (Northern Virginia Family Photographer, Northern Virginia Photographer, Northern Virginia Child Photographer, Leilani Mitchell Photographer)

When I met this family I got super excited when we were discussing their family pictures because they didn't want to horse around but they did want their horse in the pictures.  (Hee hee, do you get my play on words?)  I loved the idea!  I loved the location as well!
Not only did we get some great pictures of the family with the horse but we did actually have some fun horsing around.

A big THANKS to all of my wonderful guests and beautiful models at my photography booth at the Hopewells Landing vendor fair this last Saturday.  It was such a fun event!

Uniquely Yours (Northern Virginia Family Photographer, Northern Virginia Child Photographer, Northern Virginia Photographer, Leilani Photography)

When I schedule appointments with families I let them choose the location but who knew that I would be going to the same location 2 times in a row.  It was all just a coinsidence.  But who can blame them, it is a beautiful location.  The great thing about each of these family's sessions were they were unique.

Wonderful Family, Beatiful Setting (Northern Virginia Family Photographer, Northern Virginia Photographer, Northern Virginia Child Photographer, Northern Virginia Couple Photographer)

It was such a pleasure to meet this family.  They were so incredibly wonderful and flexible.  There was the threat of the Hurrican Sandy coming up and their family photoraphy session so I called them up and rescheduled their appointment.  Not only were they willing to change their session date, when I got to the location they had selected of course there was an event going on.  I thought this was very unfunny because I had e-mailed the place and they never mentioned this event that weekend.  Anyway, we quickly changed the location and I think it worked out perfectly!
Just look at how gorgeous these pictures turned out!

Spring Family Pictures (Northern Virginia Family Photographer, Northern Virginia Photographer)

I was fortunate to go to a lovely location for this family session.  It was quite stunning to walk this property.  Everywhere you turn there was another secret little garden.
We were able to take advantage of a beautiful archway for most of the session.
I don't know what it is but it seems my most recent photo sessions have been in the cold.  Oh well, it will make for a great story for the grandkids one day.  Whenever they will look at the pictures they will talk about how cold it was and no one will believe it because they look so good!  :)
One of the cutest things (well, I thought it was cute) that was happening during this picture was the little baby was pulling his big brother's hair.  Oh my goodness the baby thought it was the best thing in the world!  See, there is another story that the grandkids can hear about this picture.

Isn't this just the sweetest thing.  I love the archway and the sweet little smiles.

What a beautiful couple huh?

Bring it on home! (Northern Virginia Family Photographer, Northern Virginia Photographer)

Yes, yes, yes, I am still here.  Just working like crazy and loving it!  Had a couple of issues with my computer, darn that technology.  You gotta love it though.  But I am back up and running again.
Anyway, here is one of my photo shoots while the whole family was together again over Christmas.  It has been a little while since everyone was together, so you gotta get a picture of that.  Who knows when they will all get to come home all together again.
I had the pleasure of photographing the young couple for their wedding just over a year ago.  I can't believe it has been that long, now I get to photograph the entire family!
I hope you enjoy!
