Well, another year has gone by (well actually well over a year).  My boys have done so much growing this last year.  It has been incredible. 

My oldest son moaned and groaned about his pictures this year but I told him that I have to document all the growth he is doing and one day he too will appreciate all the fuss. 

So I took these pictures awhile ago but I hope you enjoy them now.

Well, I have just realized that I have never posted the beautiful pictures I took of my wonderful Aunt over the summer.  I realized this when our lovely family was commenting on some of my Aunt's pictures on Facebook.  I thought I would take a moment and post all of my favorites from our photo session. 

Each of these hats my Aunt is wearing have special significance in her and my life.  Some of the hats treasured family members have worn.

One of my wonderful cousins that I don't get to see very often came out and visited me and my family here in Virginia.  We had so much fun together.  It was so much fun to reconnect and get to know his children better. 
It's not very often that I get to photograph family members but here are the ones we took while he visited.
